Tranquillity

Men seek retreats for themselves, houses in the country, at the seashore, and in the mountains; and you tend to desire such things very much. But this is a characteristic of the most common sort of men, for it is in your power whenever you will to choose to retreat into yourself. For nowhere either with more quiet or more freedom from trouble does a man retreat than into his own soul, particularly when he has within him such thoughts that by looking into them he is immediately perfectly tranquil; and I affirm that tranquillity is nothing other than the proper ordering of the mind.

Silent Company

You are going home to your home of winter,

To your home of autumn, of spring,

and of summer;

You are going home to the Land of the Living.

To the restful haven of the waveless sea.

Peace of the Seven Lights be upon you, beloved,

Peace of the Seven Joys be upon you, beloved,

Peace of the Seven Loves be upon you, beloved,

On the breast of the Mother of Blessings,

In the arms of the Father of Life.

May God fill this glorious time of resurrection and new life throughout all nature with grace and peace and joy beyond all telling. Have a wonderful, memorable Easter!

Love

Beauty one could get to know and fall in love with in one hour and cease to love it as speedily; but the soul one must learn to know.

I Believe

Manifestations of God, including Moses, Abraham, Christ, Muhammad, Krishna, and Buddha, have appeared at intervals throughout history to found the world's great religious systems. They have been sent by a loving Creator to enable us to know and to worship Him and to bring human civilization to ever higher levels of achievement.
The station of these Manifestations is unique in creation. Their essential nature is twofold: they are at once human and divine. But they are not identical with God , the Creator, Who is Unknowable.

Mother Earth

I listen now to the call of the earth. I hear her voice as she seeks my willing assistance in forgiving all who have disregarded her support and love to mankind. I hear her sound as she soothes my own spirit to rest. I feel her vibration penetrating every cell in my being, opening me to the wholeness of my Self, and lasting forgiveness of my fellow man.

My mother earth and I are one.
