Truth

Although we live in what is called a free government, -- and politically we are free, -- there is but little religious liberty in America. Society demands, either that you belong to some church, or that you suppress your opinions. It is contended by many that ours is a Christian government, founded upon the Bible, and that all who look upon that book as false or foolish are destroying the foundation of our country.

The truth is, our government is not founded upon the rights of gods, but upon the rights of men. Our Constitution was framed, not to declare and uphold the deity of Christ, but the sacredness of humanity. Ours is the first government made by the people and for the people. It is the only nation with which the gods have had nothing to do. And yet there are some judges dishonest and cowardly enough to solemnly decide that this is a Christian country, and that our free institutions are based upon the infamous laws of Jehovah.

Such judges believe that decisions, made by hirelings at the bidding of kings, are binding upon man forever. They regard old law as far superior to modern justice. They are what might be called orthodox judges. They spend their days in finding out, not what ought to be, but what has been. With their backs to the sunrise thy worship the night. There is only one future event with which they concern themselves, and that is their reelection.

Their tongues are forked, for they lick the very same razor sharp blade of "paid for" justice with which they slash our throats.

I don’t think the this government ever claimed to be founded on the rights of gods. They have always stress to be a government for the people and by the people. The hope was in being GOD blessed.

The fall of man in government is an inevitable in man’s imperfectness. Confucius is another example of such.

I can appreciate this country for giving you, me, and anyone who wants to the right to post my opinion and practice any religion I choose.

I think too often we expect miracles from our man made government to be without human error, when the miracle in living in peace, harmony and truth can only come from GOD.

Jesus instructed that We are to ‘pray’ for GOD’s kingdom to be here on earth as it is in heaven.
