NEVER TAKE SOMEONE FOR GRANTED

HOLD EVERY PERSON CLOSE TO YOUR HEART

BECAUSE YOU MIGHT WAKE UP ONE DAY

AND REALIZE THAT YOU'VE LOST A DIAMOND

WHILE YOU WE'RE BUSY COLLECTING STONES

Even were the diamond to be misplaced, doesn't mean it isn't there...

A diamond is hard to destroy, and wherever it is, it will still shine, and everything round will be affected by its light -

We will all be gone one day. And, despite what many think, we have all made our mark, just by being there - think James Stewart It's a Wonderful Life.

Just think of all those your life has touched on. I guess, even if you did absolutely nothing your whole life (and there are those who do) you would still make your mark.

You are doing it right now. I wouldn't be sitting here writing to you, if you hadn't written this post, and if it hadn't touched something in me!

And why do you say 'was' the diamond? Seems to me like you still are!
